The Military sources confirmed Monday, the death of two prominent terrorist leaders who led the Marawi fight.

Sources said that an ISIS’ Emir in the Southeast Asia, was killed Monday morning in an intense firefight with the government forces.

The two terrorist leaders have killed in a close quarters battle or CQB encounter with the advancing Philippine troops and their remains were identified as dead by bullets.

But sources also said that there is no report on the status of Abdullah Maute, Omar’s brother.

A military official who is on the ground said that they set a weekend “target date” to end the Marawi crisis.

Meanwhile, 17 more hostages were rescued according to the Marawi Crisis Management Committee head Zia Alonto Adiong. – RST.
