The project will provide a safe, fast and developed alternative for commuters to use since the original road being traversed by the people will go through the “Poblacion” of the different Municipalities. A direct route to the provinces of Bicol.

Under the bill, the QuBex project will be under the Build-Operate-Transfer scheme (BOT) wherein the proponent will finance, build, operate as well as maintain the project and eventually transfers ownership of the project to the government.

Likewise, a road that will link the South Luzon Expressway Toll Road 4 in Lucena City and QuBex will be built by the Department of Public Works and Highways.(DPWH)

The expressway will start in Malicboy, Quezon and end in Sorsogon. - Jason E.
